About Me
Molecular biologist turned bioinformatician and data scientist.
The amount of information generated in biology by high-throughput sequencing, single-cell resolution technologies, and computer vision techniques led me to the field of data analysis and artificial intelligence to seek a reconciliation between the data and how to build tools, programs, and models that allow us to understand the secrets behind it.
I am interested in the applications of machine learning and deep learning to solve real-world problems.
